Glenn completed a National Diploma of Business Computing before commencing his career as a software developer and support specialist in the freight and logistics industry.

After moving to Carter Holt Harvey, Glenn was involved in an array of forestry geospatial projects, building bespoke desktop mapping applications based on the Esri technology stack.

Glenn then moved to NorthSouth GIS where he become a Geocortex product champion, and development team lead for the Silverlight and Microsoft Workflow development programmes. He was involved in designing, building and integrating business requirements for a range of spatial solutions.

While at NorthSouth GIS, Glenn was given the opportunity to software architect and deliver projects for customers based in NZ, USA, Australia and Singapore.

When racing through forest and county roads, Glenn enjoys the adrenalin buzz of co-driving at high speed in rally cars, similar to the enjoyment he gets when seeing a great idea or vision being turning into reality via a robust quality software solution. He is conscious of a project’s success by ensuring it must be a collaborative effort between all stakeholders.
